Everything DiSC
Many people have taken DISC and other behavioral assessments and often have these questions or challenges:
- Training is great, but how do we keeping it alive after training?
- How do I reduce conflict between two of my employees?
- Do you wish you could run a report on co-workers or customers to help me be more effective?
The Everything DiSC series of profiles, offer you the ability to do follow up for yourself or others. Here are just a few reports and tools Peak Performance Solutions and other Everything DiSC partners might offer you:
- Comparison Reports allow you to compare your DiSC style to the style of another person who has taken any of the standard types of Everything DiSC profiles (Workplace, Sales, Work of Leaders, or Management, and 363 for Leaders) from the same authorized partner or within your internal company set-up. These comparison reports may be run for co-workers or created for managers and their direct reports. These must be from the same authorized partner or within your internal companies set up.
- Supplement for Facilitators report which provides more detailed data about a participant’s assessment for use in a classroom or teambuilding environment.
- Facilitator Report which will provide a composite of a group’s DiSC styles and information on how DiSC styles can impact your organization’s culture. It includes the names and styles of each participant and detailed information on how each individual’s DiSC style may affect the DiSC culture within the group or organization.
- Group Culture report allows you to easily determine a group’s DiSC culture, explore its advantages and disadvantages, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking. It does not include participant names.
- Team View report provides an at-a-glance view of the group’s individual Everything DiSC maps.
- Group Posters are a great visual to display for your intact team.
- My Everything DiSC.com is used for internal set ups, this new tool is in its final stage of beta testing. On MyEverythingDiSC.com users can access more information about DiSC, view the history and the research and even invite co-workers, managers or employees to do a Comparison.
Another item to consider for all levels that is not a report, if you want to continue the DiSC learning outside the original training environment. Use Interaction Guides to create effective, productive working relationships outside a classroom. To use the guides, have participants create their own Everything DiSC map to indicate their DiSC style and list specific ways they prefer to be communicated with. Participants can then display this interaction map in their workplace. Interaction guides are available for the following Everything DiSC profiles: Management, Sales, and Workplace.
